His journey in real estate began shortly after he served four years as a combat engineer in the U.S. Army, instilling discipline and fortitude that would permeate throughout his professional endeavors. Transitioning seamlessly into the dynamic world of real estate, Felix swiftly ascended the ranks, making a name for himself as one of the premier agents in the vibrant Northern Virginia - DC Metro area.
With an innate flair for negotiation and a dedication to excellence, Felix consistently ranked among the Top 50 agents in the DC Metro area with over 15,000 real estate agents. Facilitating over 60 transactions annually, Felix became the trusted choice for countless families navigating the intricate terrain of buying and selling real estate.
After moving to Orange County in 2009, Felix got his California real estate license in 2010 with already over 260 home sales worth of experience from Virginia. Felix owned a real estate franchise in Irvine before being recruited and hired by the Top 2 Real Estate Brokerages in Orange County by sales volume: First Team Real Estate and Realty ONE Group where as a branch manager, he supervised and managed over 400 agents, Felix played a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring some of Orange County's top real estate agents.
Beyond work, Felix's commitment to community engagement and advocacy shines brightly. His tenure on the Board of Directors for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Orange County underscored his dedication to fostering inclusivity and championing diverse voices within the industry. Additionally, his role as a special advisor for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Orange County exemplifies his commitment to amplifying underrepresented perspectives. Felix's passion for volunteering lead him to organize almost a dozen events with the OC Rescue Mission, The Midnight Mission (Los Angeles), and the OC Food Bank.
